Kia ora koutou,
The WSSRU AGM will be held on Wednesday 21st November 4:30 pm at Hillcrest High School. It is important that the minimum one representative from each school is present.
Agenda items at present are:
– Apologies
– AGM Minutes 2017
– Annual Reports (Chairperson, Northern Regions Delegate, Finances)
– Correspondence
– Election of Officers: Chairperson, Deputy Chairman, WSU delegate to Northern Regions Schools.
– Setting annual subscription for all members.
– Consideration of notices of Motion
(Any notice of motion from members for the AGM must be received in writing at least 14 days before the date set for the meeting and signed by at least two member Schools).
