26 Feb TOUCH: Regional Qualifers Cancelled
Waikato Touch Association we wish to inform schools due to the recent changes made by Secondary School Sport NZ and New Zealand Touch Association [see link] the scheduled Waikato Secondary School Touch Regional qualifier to be held on the 10 March has been cancelled.
Unfortunately, we have had limited entries with the recent announcement of the scheduled format changes for 2019, therefore we believe it is in the best interest of all parties to cancel this year’s tournament.
WTA is still committed to supporting the development and growth of highly skilled teams within our region who will go onto to represent us at nationals, therefore we are planning to host a Pre Nationals 1 Day Tournament in Term 4 2019 for all grades. More information will be posted in Term 3
